Products
We mainly design electronics devices to fulfill specific requirements of our customers but we also have several products we market on our own.
USB to RS-485/RS-232 converters (HID class)
We designed a low-cost, easy to use RS-485/RS-232 converter with optional galvanic isolation. The product is currently used internally in several small industrial control and building automation systems.
The USB interface is based on the standard HID device class so it does not need any drivers, even on Windows Vista & 7 (which normally require costly and laborious driver signing). Of course Linux and OS X are supported as well.
For higher performance we also support raw USB mode. It works out-of-the-box on OS X and Linux but requires driver installation on Windows.
Specifications and prices will be announced to the public later this year. In the mean time, please feel free to contact us if you need a similar device.
4-channel Ethernet/UDP to RS-485 converters with double isolation
This devices was designed for demanding control/data acquisition systems. It features a robust, state-less UDP based protocol designed for maximum reliability even in the presence of heavy electromagnetic interference. It has double galvanic isolation: the Ethernet link is isolated by a transformer (rated 2 kV) and each channel is isolated from all others using the iCoupler technology (rated 2.5 kV).
We are currently finalizing the documentation and demo applications for this product and expect to announce it’s avaliability in the comming months.
